I feel so sheepish--in my excitement at seeing a new post from you on my RSS feed, I forgot to say "Welcome back!" and I hope everything is going well with you.
Thanks, Cathy! It's good to be home, although I'm still settling in (and will be for a little while yet).
I'll be putting up some ruminations on Army life in the next few days.
I also cannot wait to hear your thoughts on AIT and Army life. Right now, most of my opinions are negative, except for the overall goal that the army has, which I am not really a part of.

Perez, your astute analysis of AIT motivates me. Or maybe it's the fact that I'm no longer in AIT that motivates me, I can't be bothered to decide. I have to admit, I miss complaining about the current situation, whatever it may be, with you.
I gotta go back to work soon, I have to guard some Contractors who are working on our ACE.
The Information Minister
Pretty damned detailed. I love the "insiders'" perspective, and look forward to reading more of it.
