2005 blogging resolutions

New Year's resolutions? Didn't make any personal ones, at least not formally. But one week into 2005 should not be too late to set goals for this website.

So, in no particular order:

1. Begin reviewing a Tolkien-related site each week.
2. Finish the damn blogroll already (a project thus far fifteen months in the making).
3. Upgrade to Movable Type 3.14 (or whatever version they're on by the time I get around to it).
4. Write more on science, and the philosophy thereof. (Not boring! Promise!)
5. Rate at least two InstaLanches.
6. Redirect all referer spam to DailyKos.*
7. Break into the top 1000 at the TTLB Blogosphere Ecosystem, without excessive link whoring.
8. Realize that sometimes link whoring isn't such a bad thing.
9. Learn to be realistic in my expectations.

*This should be on everyone's to-do list. Easy and fun!
